Reply: Just use the software in cd,don`t download,of course you should connect it to computer install the software,then you can use it connect to your car to read code or some other things. Alebur (Posted on 2012-10-12)		It works on all Windows (XP, Vista, 7) exept 64 bit. Also you can use via VMware Player on Windows 7 bit and install any 32 bit versions. geoffmac (Posted on 2012-08-14)		Product works exactly as it should. Was able to read the codes and do the coding of dealer programmable options on my car myself. Dealer wanted me to make 2 visits, first to pull programmable options and then a second time to program and they wanted it for 2 days to do the programming. This product has more than paid for itself many times over with it's first use.
